Pian de' Noci is an old farm of the XVIth century, situated on the hills surrounding Florence, just 20 minutes from Florence and 40 minutes from Siena.
The villa can hold up to 27 people.
Outside there are large lawns, which are a perfect set for weddings and bbq.
It is composed by 4 apartments:
- one very large with 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 1 large kitchen 40 m2 square and a large living room with double sofa bed
- 2 apartments with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, living room with double sofa bed.
+ there is a cottage "open space" with bedroom, kitchen, bathroom, living room with double sofa bed.
A beautiful pool 8 metres x 15 metres is present in the large lawn. Wireless connection in each room.
Italian breakfast, typical dinner, personal cook, on demand.
